All of our attorneys are civil litigators. Civil cases involve private disputes between individuals where damages or some other remedy is requested. There are many circumstances that can lead to a lawsuit from being injured to having a dispute with an individual business. While filing a lawsuit is not a decision to take lightly, it sometimes can be the best or only avenue to resolve a dispute. It is always our goal to attempt to resolve a dispute without court involvement; however, if negotiations fail, we will confidently represent your interests whether you are bringing the action against another party or another party is bringing an action against you.
