Probate/Estate Administration

Whether you have a will or not, our office specializes in the administration of a decedent’s estate. The administration of an estate has many aspects from probating the will, collecting assets and filing an inventory, payment of debts and expenses, sale of real and personal property, and distribution of assets to the estate beneficiaries. Each step in the administration of an estate requires notice to the next-of-kin and beneficiaries of the decedent. It is our duty to guide and assist the Administrator or Executor of an estate in navigating the court system to ensure that either the will is properly administered or the estate is probated according to Ohio law if there is not will.
